The following conditions apply to our offer:
(a) * A standard residential rental property will receive the equivalent of one month’s management fee as cash back. Corporate, Short Stays & Rooming House properties will receive a $150.00 cash back and, should a Corporate, Short Stay or Rooming Housing management be successfully referred, $150.00 will be applied as cash back to that property;
(b) A property will be deemed successfully introduced when a signed Authority of Management has been received by SSRE;
(c) Where applicable, all other Fees incurred remain payable by our clients e.g. Advertising, Letting & Administration/Statement Fees;
(d) This offer is for unlimited properties and will expire on 31 January 2020;
(e) If you already have more than one property under management with SSRE, the cash back offer will be applied to the standard property incurring the higher management fees per month.
