Alister McDonald built a successful dotcom company in the 1990’s before Australia Post bought it. Alister has used his entrepreneurial skills to create and operate a number of businesses, and in 2009 he co-founded Silver Service Real Estate with sister Mariam McDonald and, business partner Adam Hillary. With his combined start-up and real estate experience, Alister  is the leader of Sales and Business Development for Silver Service Real Estate.

Mariam McDonald is a licensed estate agent, co-founder and the principal of Silver Service Real Estate. Mariam entered the industry as a real estate cadet in 1997, focussing on the residential area of property and strata management. She has since held posts as oc manager, senior property manager and business development manager.
