Alister McDonald built a successful dotcom company in the 1990’s before Australia Post bought it. Alister has used his entrepreneurial skills to create and operate a number of businesses, and in 2009 he co-founded Silver Service Real Estate with sister Mariam McDonald and, business partner Adam Hillary. With his combined start-up and real estate experience, Alister  is the leader of Sales and Business Development for Silver Service Real Estate.

Mariam McDonald is a licensed estate agent, co-founder and the principal of Silver Service Real Estate. Mariam entered the industry as a real estate cadet in 1997, focussing on the residential area of property and strata management. She has since held posts as oc manager, senior property manager and business development manager. Nouné Harutyunyan (pronounced “Noon-eh Ha-root-yoon-yan”) is a licenced real estate agent, business owner, and Justice of the Peace.
